Our study led by Julie G. Pilitsis, M.D., Ph.D., dean and vice president of medical affairs at Florida Atlantic University’s Schmidt College of Medicine, is published in the journal Neurosurgery. We demonstrated for the first time, the ability of machine-learning algorithms to predict long-term patient response to spinal cord stimulation placement with relatively high performance.
