Dr. Telkes, together with Drs. Deepak Berwal and Tessa Harland from Pilitsis Lab gave a demonstration on wearable EEG setups and the functional application of electrophysiological recordings in deep brain stimulation (DBS) treatment for Parkinson’s disease. This demonstration supports the FAU Health collaborative—a multidisciplinary initiative that brings together the University’s health, research, and social science programs to create a dynamic and formidable force addressing tomorrow’s challenges today.
